  1. Not Tiger-related but this is rough to happen in the first game of the season.
  2. I think I brought this up previously but the glut of MIF on the WM roster makes me believe that we will see one of them promoted quicker than normal. Gold, Anderson, Pacheco, Serretti, Graham are all there for essentially 3 spots while Gold and Anderson are probably 2B (though they are trying Gold at 3rd) only they may be blocked by Hao-Yu Lee but there was something in one of the papers about having him spend some time at 3B as he did it in the AFL. Even though Pacheco has done it in the past, Serretti and Graham are probably the only ones who could play SS out of that bunch. I think either Gold or Anderson will get pushed up to AA soon or Serretti but I am guessing they are keeping him around to spell Graham at SS. If I were a betting man based on last season's performance and this season so far (the whole 3 games 😅) Anderson gets pushed up to AA.
  3. Look at the fielding; All Glove 1B Tork

  5. Defense and Bednar are really the only reasons they won that game. Keith has been solid at 2nd.
  6. I mean he's 24 and showed much better performance in the second half of last year with more than .800 OPS so I don't think he is a finished product quite yet personally.
  7. Completely agree, he has cold and hot spells. He has had some terrible luck on hard-hit balls as well. Those will drop in soon enough.
  8. Parker just missed that one
  9. I wonder if Eddys Leonard would have gotten the call if he hadn't gotten hurt yesterday.
  10. Just a reminder you can watch Kobe pitch today at 1 PM for free. https://www.mlb.com/news/watch-minor-league-baseball-games-for-free?t=mlb-pipeline-coverage
  11. Just some quick highlights from yesterday. Hao Yu-Lee with a HR, Luke Gold with a HR and Jaden Hamm with a good start.
  12. Never hope for injuries but can't help but feel this helps the Tigers division chances.
  13. Very well could be. I see WM postponed until tomorrow due to weather
  14. Clayton Campbell is my sleeper prospect this year. Inside out swing reminds me a bit of Bigbie. Betting he starts showing up on some Top 20 prospect lists within the Org by the end of the year.
  15. Clark with a 4 pitch walk and Briceno with a 107 EV single in the first for Lakeland.
  16. I'm a little surprised that Lockhart got opening day for Erie given the other pitchers on that team. Happy Non-AAA everyone. I'll start up my usual round ups next week during the week 😁.
  17. Canha is as advertised so far which is nice. More power than I expected but It's been 7 games so can't get too excited.
  18. I'm guessing he ends up as a reliever just based on build but below is from last week's start.
  19. https://www.mlb.com/news/pipeline-inbox-who-will-go-no-1-in-the-2024-draft?t=mlb-pipeline-coverage More Clark and Langford discussion here but shocking it says the same as lots of people here about lets wait and see; as we all knew Langford would more than likely make it to the majors before Clark but not at the rate he has so far so that is why people are bringing it up so much. I wonder if Nationals and Pirates fans are having these same discussions.
