Below are those rules. Clubs are allowed to spend up to $150,000 on players selected in Rounds 11-20 without it counting toward their bonus pool. Any overages go against the pool, so there’s a chance that an organization with lots of early savings could have the space to add a premium talent late on Tuesday.

I think this is the thing that took me the longest to understand. You are lucky if you get a solid regular and a SP in one draft that has sustained success.

As we get ready for Day 2, one name to keep an eye on given the FO's love of hit tools and bat-to-ball skills if we can float another prep with the savings on the Max's (Clark and Anderson) would be Cooper Pratt.

One thing is clear, this FO really does prioritize the hit tool. Now I am hoping we go prep at least one more time in day 2 and get some fresh arms in the system.

A name to keep in mind is Arjun Nimalla. Rumors are he was asking for some bigger $ so may be someone we are trying to float. He's only 17 and will be 18 all next season as well.

Well I will be interested if he signs below slot. They may be trying to float another prep bat to their comp pick. Even if that is the case would have preferred Langford.
