I’ve come to realize, with Pearl Harbor day last week, that our nation and world would not hold back and defeat a nazi threat today as we did 80 years ago. We did that in 2016 on my wife's side of the family. One thing that made it difficult was the hills in the area. Even being contained in the resort we had it was still hard for the older folks to get around. Going from one cabin/room to another required stairs and going up or down a hill. We were about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg was a mess. Finding parking was an ordeal and a 2 mile drive back took like 30-40 minutes.

When they get their wish for a citizen army and patrols this just makes it easier. The cops don't have to get involved. As long as you "look" ok, meaning you're white, have a goatee, and a cap on with a tractor logo, it's all good. If you are a minority and your cap looks a little flashy then things get dicey.

The gun owners I know already do this. one of my best friends has 23 guns. All locked up. He's so fed up with this garbage. I believe Kroger is a union shop. They should build one field hospital in each state. Staff it with the unvaxxed health care workers. All the other hospitals set a number of covid patients they will accept in their hospitals, say 40% of existing beds, after that number is reached anyone who shows up to ar hospital because of covid that is unvaccinated gets sent to this field hospital, wherever it is in the state and they get billed for the transport.

People legit think that elections should be called election night. Like it’s a godamned TV show. I get doing it because you want to cheat and quit while ahead, knowing it’s wrong, but this text makes it sound like they think it’s BS to count all the votes before declaring a winner. I think the person believes that is how it should work. Like votes counted after election night are just symbolic. They must hate the military.

We had bets on whether Engler would get 60%. I know a lot of Dems who voted GOP for the only time in their life that election. funny thing is now I bet he’d win. He is the kind of guy who could run third party and eat into the trumpification of the GOP.
