That made me laugh. We binged White Lotus over the break. It was entertaining but the whole "rich people suck" angle jumped out. I got past it though. I'm not looking for that when I watch TV shows.

Based on non votes McC needs 3 more votes. 431 voting members. But one of the D's that didn't vote is on their way back which will move his up to 217 required as there would be 432 voting members. So on a new vote he needs 4.

At the end of the day I guess I blame McCarthy. He knows he doesn’t have the votes. Those 20 members, despite their motivations, are entitled to vote for the speaker they wish. He’s the one who is making this foolish now. They stood their ground. It’s time for the GOP to accept reality and come up with a solution.
