Kind of ironic that the same groups that are for EV's replacing ICE vehicles are against the mining of one of the elements needed to make the batteries.

So not to defend Tuck here, but I just have to ask a question..... Couldn't she have just hung up?

Mel just made his Twitter private.

This dropping right as the team needs to start preparing for Washington is just perfect timing.

This isn't some unknown person who comes out of the woodwork to make wild accusations against someone. This woman travels the country giving talks and rubs elbows will all sorts of rich and powerful people. If she was the type to make up false allegations looking for a payday or exposure, she could have done so a hundred times before she ever met Mel. Mel is a sweaty pervert and is going down!

Hold up, what? There is zero chance that this kind of "personal" conduct as you call it is going to be ignored, especially now that its gone public. The only question is whether he's fired today or tomorrow.

Poor little Sparty bro trying to deflect.

Alabama better find a QB or this isn't going to be the only game they lose.

I'm a bit worried as to what happens with this team if JJ gets hurt. I've not seen anything from the backups that inspires confidence that we'd be okay.

Nebraska was holding their own for a while but couldn't overcome the constant mistakes from their own QB.

Come on Nebraska, shut this dude up.

Muskrats have spun things into Elon basically preventing WWIII by sabotaging the Ukrainian attack.

I'm waiting for Republicans to start accusing Joe of buying the gun for Hunter.

Week One: Detroit Lions (0-0) @ Kansas City Chiefs (0-0)

Hutch is the hometown boy so he's easy to root for but Sun God is such a great story that I have to go with him as my favorite. He said that he was going to prove that teams made a mistake by passing on him in the draft and has done just that. -

Ford Field is going to be ridiculous next week. I considered going but the cheapest tickets available are $200 and for that price, I'll sit home and turn up my TV a bit. -
Thanks for the explanation, I hadn't read up on the entire thread. Whitmer signed a bill that had bipartisan support after threatening to veto other versions being pushed by Republicans. If this is the best attack they have against her, she's got no problems at all.

Did I not say that the law could have been written more clearly as to not need the Supreme Court to weigh in and clarify it? This is a very weird hill you're determined to die on, especially since it has nothing to do with the topic, the 2024 Presidential election.
-
The Michigan Supreme Court's ruling specifically stated that there had been no intent in the law for people currently receiving care to be stripped of those benefits. This was all about how insurance companies interpreted the law and had nothing to do with Whitmer or any other lawmaker. Could the law have been written more clearly so the insurance companies didn't use it to cut benefits to existing claims? Absolutely.

Yep, all Whitmer's fault that a guy paralyzed from the shoulders down eventually died as a result of his condition.

Best thing about this win is the Lions clearly still have a lot of room for improvement, especially with the secondary. Looked to be a lot of confusion at times with the guys not knowing who was supposed to take who. I'm sure that'll sort itself out as they get more playing time together. -
Brian Woodward was still receiving care when he died. What changed as a result of the new law was that he was no longer covered to receive home care and had to be moved to a facility. You trying to frame it as if he lost all coverage and was left to die is just flat out BS.

I'm currently watching C-SPAN and JD Vance just introduced a bill to ban federal mask mandates. The clown show just doesn't stop.
