  1. Mao Zedong killed 45 million people so you know, that Hitler guy wasn't really that bad after all. 🙄
  2. He was convicted of seditious conspiracy, not treason. Sedition is the little brother to the much more serious charge of treason.
  3. That's not what I said at all and you would know that had you read my initial posts on the topic. What I said was that Fox will run stories into the ground that show blacks in a negative light while MSNBC will ignore those same stories completely and only show stories that show blacks being the victim, almost always at the hands of police. Anyone who can't admit that the truth lies somewhere in the middle is simply showing their bias on the topic.
  4. I don't think any of those countries would allow him in because of their desires to remain on good terms with the USA.
  5. 17 years is a pretty stiff penalty, I'm not going to complain that it wasn't more even though I wish it would have been.
  6. You bring up sports and the royal family as if that somehow proves your precious MSNBC isn't every bit as guilty of pushing their agenda surrounding race and you're going to mock me for my opinion?
  7. So what I've learned from this is that most people here are fine with MSNBC being a biased news source because they're not as bad as Fox. Fantastic standards we've set for our news outlets, just don't be as bad as the worst and you're cool.
  8. They canceled The Great on Hulu today. That stinks, such a fun show.
  9. I'm not even kidding when I say I could see him fleeing to Russia if he gets convicted and is facing doing time. Could also see it even if he's not convicted yet but loses the election.
  10. I don't even know what to say.
  11. If I'm being honest, I would have rather had Mann go with a different genre but I'll take what I can get. If I had it my way, I would have loved to see him do a Western set back in the Wild West days.
  12. Do teams usually have a kicker on the practice squad? Seems like a waste of a spot to me.
  13. I might have said the same before it was announce that Michael Mann was directing and before this teaser dropped. I'll be there opening weekend for anything he does.
  14. Of course Fox are a bunch of liars, I won't defend them for a second. Hopefully Smartmatic takes them for even more and someone else is fired as a result. I'd also love to see Hunter Biden file a lawsuit against them since they spend so much time spewing accusations against him without evidence to back it up.
  15. You might want to calibrate your radar because you're way off here. A person can support LGTBQ people while at the same time saying there are certain areas, such as competing in sports, where they shouldn't be allowed. A person can believe that there is racism in the country without thinking that every time a black person is shot and killed by the police, it must have been caused by the color of their skin. MSNBC pushes their agenda every bit as hard as Fox pushes theirs. What would be fantastic is if the news just reported the news and stopped ignoring certain stories and pushing others that fit the narrative they want to put out there.
  16. Chiefs are tough at home but win a lot of close games. Lions win 31-27.
  17. I'm just bummed that we have to wait so long to hear how much he has to pay. Hopefully it's at least high six figures for each of the women.
  18. I think 72 sounds about right for a mandatory retirement age for public office.
  19. That's not what my comment said or implied at all and you know it. The simple fact is that Fox News pushing their agenda and MSNBC pushes theirs.
  20. Remember about 4 comments ago when you were going to stop? The fact that you're still trying to poke and prod makes it even more apparent exactly what you're looking for here. Sorry that you got so triggered over someone calling your precious MSNBC "far left". You'll get through these trying times, I promise you will.
  21. Ahhhh I get it now. No need to say anything else, I see exactly what you're all about.
  22. My attitudes towards race and gender and pretty much every other issue is that they aren't as simple as people on both sides want to make them out to be. That's what this whole thread is about, bias. My opinions tend to piss people off on both sides of the issues as I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle and most people these days can't accept anything that doesn't fit into that neat little box of ideas that they're carrying around.
