He’s not planning to “close it for two years”. He’s planning to bulldoze it to the ground and erect some gilded horror in its place as yet another monument to himself. Yes, and that is another of the great many reasons to assume the Butler “assassination attempt” was 100% mule muffins. Had it been real, he’d never be out in public again, let alone in a stadium with 50,000+ people.
