  1. If it were up to Harris, we would have a team full of Nick Maton and Charlie Morton type players...lmao
  2. And yet Tampa will make the playoffs over teams more deserving. The NFL has to change the stupid playoff format;
  3. Agreed. 2 throws he made last night cost them the game. The pick was bad enough but missing his receiver on 3rd down late in the game would have iced the game. Even the Amazon announcers said how bad he threw the ball, behind a streaking and wide open receiver. That loss is on Baker...
  4. Probably already reported but...oh well...
  5. Skipper lined up at TE last week. He even dropped a pass. 😆
  6. Either get back a huge haul or keep Skubal. Trying to get teams to bid each other up doesn't seem to work. It really seems like it would though...
  7. I'll make this kinda simple and let it be the end of it. If it weren't for Al Avila, the Tigers wouldn't have made the playoffs the last 2 seasons. And if so, the heat on Harris would be suffocating. His seat would be SO hot, his pants would catch fire. Does that mean I like the job Avila did? No way, I wanted him fired when he extended Brad Ausmus. But it's Al's players and manager who got us into the playoffs, in spite of Harris not bringing in any help.
  8. Vierling, McKinstry and Torres? Who else ya got? 2 utility players and a player who fell into our lap? 2nd base wasn't really a position of need but we sure could use a 3rd baseman...
  9. I heard Alex Cobb is available for $15 million per year again this season.
  10. He only wants white people?
  11. The Democrats catching Secretary Noem in outright lies was glorious. Showing videos of her blatant lies was perfect. One senator even told her to resign or she was going to be impeached. The democrats will make America great again as soon as they retake power and start impeaching members of this corrupt administration.
  12. You never know, he may be returned from Colorado, pitching there can be a....challenge. But yeah, he was the 1st player taken. He throws 97...
  13. If Saleh wants to coach college, yes please.
  14. OK...they just said the Wings have won 3 straight in Calgary but before that they lost 6 straight. Those are the ones I remember. 😒
  15. https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/3422058 6 foot 8 inches and 300 pounds.
  16. I would take it one step further. If Avila wouldn't have hired Hinch, the Tigers very well may not have made the playoffs the last 2 years. And Harris would be feeling a lot of heat from the media and fans. Most casual fans don't see the good he has done in rebuilding our barren farm system. They just see his lack of moves that could have helped our ML team. He has to put up or shut up this off-season, he has a playoff team that just needs a couple of pieces to seriously contend.
  17. It seems like the Wings always struggle in Calgary. But they've been playing really good recently.
  18. Did the girl at the window ask "where's the beef?"
  19. The Tigers last championship final needed part was acquired at the end of spring training. But yeah, needed pieces are added at the trade deadline, sometimes.
  20. Or he could be more like JV and pitch into his 40's. We already know just how good he can be, he's not a prospect, he's an established star. We need him and a few more like him.
  21. What? You didn't like letting Candelario walk and acquiring Nick Maton to anchor 3rd base? You're pretty hard to please....😆
  22. Yeah, he's 44 years old but he has 10 kids!! All with one woman? E-gads, how does she walk? 9 months of being pregnant X 10 children? 90 months of being pregnant. 90 months = 7.5 years.
  23. We've all seen "can't miss" prospects fail. Or get seriously injured. Skubal is an established star who has performed at an elite, All Star, Cy Young, level. Try to get him on an 8 year contract. Our payroll can handle it, especially with the "cant miss" prospects coming in under team control for several years.
  24. Philip Rivers has signed with the Colts. He's 44 years old and has 10 children. He's also a grandfather. And he's 4 years older than the Colts head coach.
  25. America loves America's team.....and the Cowboys;
