    Elevating Tim Patrick to #2 receiver? He's looked pretty good as a possession receiver and he made a few key blocks. The Lions will survive.

    Great game. The last 2 minutes of a 1 goal hockey game is as exciting as anything in all of sports. 10 shots on goal and a win? I'll take it!!

    Yeah, it's all because they need to accommodate TV. The huge money from the TV contracts is significant. Like you said, they need to schedule the time slots way in advance. I just don't like waiting so long between series. Of course, I feel the same way with the stupid 2 week wait for the Super Bowl.

    I'm sure people in NY and LA are happy to wait. 4 days off loses a lot of casual fans. I may tune it to watch and see how much 5 days off effects NY.

    It's all for TV scheduling. They don't need 4 days off. It should have started today, maybe tomorrow at the latest.

    True. And it seems like there's actually better weather than April, at least around here. But it's still...November.

    The teams for the WS were decided on Sunday night. But the WS doesn't start until Friday. If it goes the full 7 games, it ends November 2nd. Summer past-time.

    Yeah, but I've heard many pitchers struggle for the first half of a season or so coming back from TJ surgeries. The Tigers should sign Matthew Boyd.

    The Titans won't be able to stop all of the plays the Lions practice. Without sounding overconfident, I see the Lions blowing them away. Like I said, I really hope to see extended play from Hooker.

    Yeah, I agree. Campbell probably won't allow them to look past the Titans. Hopefully, we'll get to see Hooker finishing a blowout.

    I guess 3-10 is better than 0-6. A better winning % at least. But still horrible.

    The rules always seem to screw the Lions. I'll never forget the play where the Lions got a game winning TD pass with 7 seconds left that was reviewed by the refs and was ruled down at the one yard line. Since we had no timeouts left, there was a 10 second runoff that ended the game. Oh well, we probably got a higher draft pick...🤣🤣

    I used to do that with baseball but I always watched football live. It was easier with Comcast. It's seems harder with YouTube TV.
