  1. This is very true. As it was, it was affecting old people and minorities in blue states, at first. And all of MAGA was fine with that. I wonder how they'll change history to make themselves look good? Maybe the midterms won't be kind to them after all?
  2. Yes, he does look better. Maybe his injury had a lot to do with it? I'm glad he looks decent because, unless something changes, he'll be under center for us again next season. Drafting a QB that isn't highly rated could be a waste of a pick for a team with so many needs. Finding a good QB in this league is very difficult.
  3. I agree, good loss. These are games we'll be winning in the near future. And yeah, I love watching teams play in snow, rain and mud.
  4. Ohhh...ok. That makes sense. When I hear illegal formation, I usually think the offensive team.
  5. I don't get it. Atlanta punt goes 61 yards, pinning the Lions on their own 10 yard line. But illegal formation on Atlanta. And the Lions refuse the penalty? Bad coaching decision or some other reason I can't figure out?
  6. The Lions are hot. They've won 2 of their last 3 games. Or put another way, they've won 2 of their last 14 games? 🤣🤣
  7. No, trolls whole purpose is to distort and distract from the original subject. The better trolls get along with everyone for a while to establish a good reputation. And get other people to be their supporters so they're not "outed" as a troll. Most of them are very unhappy with their lives so they try to make life as miserable as they can for others. It reminds me of a certain political group that worships a disgusting and corrupt crime syndicate family. Pretty sad America has come to this point. Oh, and an apology to Sue and to others for falling for the trolls bait and disrupting this entire post. I guess I'll never learn...😑
  8. We've come a long way with vaccines. Consider an early "vaccine" for smallpox. I wonder if there would be even more anti-vaxxers if we still did it this way? 😁😁😁 "In China, powdered smallpox scabs were blown up the noses of the healthy. The patients would then develop a mild case of the disease and from then on were immune to it. The technique did have a 0.5–2.0% mortality rate, but that was considerably less than the 20–30% mortality rate of the disease itself." https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smallpox_vaccine
  9. Yeah, I made the mistake of getting my booster at the same time as the flu shot. It was a rough day and a half.
  10. It's much quieter with him on ignore. It allows the adults to discuss true facts about covid. Mask up, people. And get vaxxed up. 😁
  11. Yes, Biden said it because it was true at the time. Trump said it because he's just an idiot. Any questions, Stanley?
  12. “Oh no, the vaccines work,” Trump told Candice Owens. “But some people are the ones — the ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don’t take the vaccine. But it’s still their choice. And if you take the vaccine, you’re protected.”
  13. Michigan has already been devastated by a late fourth surge, with hospitals across the state being overrun for weeks by mostly unvaccinated people. We’ve hurtled past 1.4 million cases and 25,000 deaths — and reports that the worst is behind us seem wildly optimistic between omicron and the impending holidays. Almost all of these recent deaths were preventable by getting a few shots. But there are millions who have feverishly bought into COVID conspiracies spread by mostly vaxxed right-wing media figures and Republican politicians playing them for rubes. They’re gambling with their lives so rich people can score political points off them, but they think CRT-loving liberals are the real enemy. https://m.metrotimes.com/news-hits/archives/2021/12/20/susan-j-demas-hospitals-are-overrun-by-the-unvaccinated-what-happens-to-the-rest-of-us
  14. Yes, Merry Christmas. (And very well said)
  15. Charlie catching Nellie? I don't get it.
  16. One of the "symptoms" it prevents is death. But yeah, we expect this stupidity from Stanley.
  17. From covid in September. He was going to get a vaccine but he died, along with thousands of other unvaccinated folks. And 62 IS young when compared to the average life expectancy in America. 77 years old? I know it dropped because of covid but it's still an early death. Because of covid. And there's a vaccine for it, it protects you from death or hospitalization.
  18. 62 years old. And there's this in the article; "For those who will ask, no, John was not vaccinated from COVID-19," Parney's family wrote on GoFundMe. "However, during his battle, when he was able to talk, John shared with his family that he will be getting vaccinated because the battle, at that point, was worse than any training he endured in the military."
  19. Oh Stanley, will your lies never end? Put on your mask, get vaxxed and just shut up. You've already been banned once, go back under your rock.
  20. Getting vaccinated and the booster prevents hospitalizations and deaths. I guess you've been told this several times.

  22. It's The Return of Stan!!
  23. Same people who say thousands are dying from the vaccine daily. Yeah, the government is covering it up. Can you believe anyone would be stupid enough to believe that?
