  1. Apparently, someone left the door open and Stan slithered back in. A whole different type of virus. 😆😆
  2. Exactly. Deaths from other preventable causes because people don't want to go to medical facilities during a pandemic. Some idiots say covid is being blamed for many other deaths. There's only 2 problems with their moronic theory. 1...hospitals get much less money from people who died from covid over other reasons. And 2...the yearly total death count from 2020/2021 is much greater than previous years. Facts.. .face them.
  3. Are you serious? Name ONE athlete who has died directly from getting the vaccine. It sounds like Tucker Carlson got to you, he insists thousands of people are dying daily from the vaccine and the government is covering it up. A real clown.
  4. I saw an article that said many of the hospitality industries across the entire country lost millions of jobs. Restaurants, hotels, bars and nightclubs. Many of those jobs won't be coming back. But there are more jobs working for grocery/food delivery. I don't blame people for being nervous going to crowded indoor events. Even the vaccinated have been trying to be careful.
  5. My favorite Chinese restaurant never opened back up for indoor dining. Their carryout is still going strong. Not sure what happened to the waitresses and busboys though.
  6. Restaurants shut down when no customers walk thru the doors. Or when their only customers are infected MAGAers.
  7. I thought they already were?
  8. I'm hearing talk of a 4th vaccine. https://www.cnet.com/health/covid-19-booster-shots-what-we-know-today-about-a-fourth-vaccine-dose/
  9. Especially since they vote in person. Going about their day maskless makes them bait for the virus, hosts. Hopefully, they don't get someone sick who's not able to get vaxxed
  10. Calling timeout when you're losing is really common. Calling timeout when you're ahead? Not so much. Especially when the other coach could have punted.
  11. Only 3 players taken 1st overall since 1999 have won a Super Bowl. So yeah, lose every game for 22 years and we may win one.
  12. I predicted 4 wins so we'll beat Atlanta and Green Bay.
  13. Wow. They said that Lions team lost 7 straight games by single digit margins. Unreal...
  14. Because we've had SO much success by losing and drafting high for the last 60 years? Your high draft choice option has NEVER worked.
  15. Winning covers a lot of blemishes. The Cards really overlooked the Lions, there's no arguing they have a more talented roster. But Campbell has the Lions playing good ball. It wouldn't surprise me if they ended up with 4 wins. Beat an Atlanta team that really isn't very good and maybe Green Bay won't have anything to play for. We should still get a good player drafting in the top 10.
  16. Too bad we didn't sign a couple of receivers during the offseason.
  17. Really good coaching in the 1st half. Great game plan. Players coming through
  18. Actually WCF was loyal to a fault. He kept Russ Thamas as our GM for years after it was obvious his cheapness wasn't going to allow us to win. I shoulda stopped following them once Joe Schmidt walked out on them because Thomas couldn't keep quality players because he didn't want to pay them.
  19. Every off-season, the Lions expect the fans to drink their special blend of Kool-Aid. After a few years of SOL, they change coaches and say "this time it'll be different, we're really going to try". A few more seasons and they fire their GM and say "this time it'll be different". But it's never different, we're losers mostly every season. Meanwhile, with revenue sharing, the Lions value increases at an amazing rate. So win or lose, they're making boatloads of money. But yeah, sure. Campbell and Holmes are the answer. Just like Quinn and Patricia were. Just like.....every coach and GM for the last 64 years. So yeah, many fans are quite cynical. GO RAMS!!
  20. No, being a Lions slappy makes you a Lions slappy.
  21. Yeah, it's like he's working in PR for them. The Lions didn't lose in Denver, they just ended the game too soon. We were on the way to winning...🤣🤣
  22. You said just because they drafted poorly in the past doesn't mean they'll draft poorly in the future. But then you come up with this scenario? OKIE-DOKIE
  23. Meh...you guys argue too much. 😅😅
