The coaches he has aren't doing him any favors. It's hard to evaluate the kid with bosses who are idiots. I say he'll be a fine QB if the Bears get somebody who knows what they're doing.
It's one thing to go for it when your team is 5-8. Totally different when your team is 10-2. You have more to lose. Even within a game. Losing 24-3? Not much to lose. A closer game? The decision could change the final score, for better or worse.
