  1. It means so little to me I had no idea the AL had dominated the last dozen or so contests. In fact, I can’t remember watching one since 1983. I must have, but I honestly have no memory of it.
  2. So does this game technically go down in the record books as a tie instead of as an NL win? I’m curious and I would be happier if it were a tie. Even a tie with an asterisk affixed to it would make me feel better. Although I’ll admit making a big deal about this is pretty lame.
  3. I guess if the idea is to trivialize an exhibition game, and to make a point about how meaningless it is, this is just about the best way to do it.
  4. That makes good sense.
  5. This is underwhelming.
  6. Not Raleigh? Why not Ohtani? Why not Judge?
  7. A swing off? Why don’t they have an arm wrestling contest instead?
  8. Three of the best guys I’ve loved watching. It’s nice to have them on my side for a change.
  9. Bobby blinking Witt Junior
  10. But try to understand, try to understand Oh, oh, try, try, try to understand, He's a magic man, oh, he's got the magic hands
  11. I pay so little attention to the All-Star game I had no idea the American League had won 9 of the last 10 contests.
  12. I was screaming when Zach came to the plate. I’m surprised the neighbors didn’t call the police.
  13. Eric sent me all of his philosophy books when he was making a big move. That is if we’re thinking of the same guy.
  14. This game has the feeling of a Zach McKinstry upset in the making.
  15. We are not shut out thank you Brent Rooker
  16. Hey, the 715 thing is cool
  17. Zach needs to play.
  18. game.over essentially…
  19. I’m smelling a shut out
  20. So every time I use my MasterCard I’m caring about people with cancer? Are there other ways to do this?
  21. I became an enemy of Pete Rose that day and it’s lasted ever since and when he got in trouble for betting, I wasn’t surprised because I was prepared for the worst. This may not be fair of me, but this is true.
  22. This game means less to me than a spring training game. Now Fred Lynn’s ‘s grand slam in the ‘83 All-Star game at Comiskey Park, that was the high point for me, ending the National League's 11-game winning streak.
