    Those are my own tattoos. I am lying. But I did take the picture in the background when I was at Comerica in August 2 years ago. And that was a game where we played the White Sox and lost.

    Hmmm … The twins do look a bit like a malevolent Dorothy. Kubrick really knew how to transform innocence into malevolence by resonating with these subterranean cultural tropes we carry around unknowingly and then playing off them with a twist.

    Maybe they should’ve rescheduled this game for 10 AM. I know they can’t do that. But the forecast doesn’t look all that great. Maybe it’ll be like last night and be just a drizzle.

    Thank God Miggy could handle that grounder on his own to end of the inning and he didn’t have to go through Willi Castro.

    We had a 6.5 last year and it was totally weird. Standing on solid ground and you could feel a wave go through you as if you were standing in the ocean. We had a 4.0 yesterday but I never noticed it. We’ve had numerous aftershocks since that 6.5 last year and I’ve only noticed one of them.
