Banchero seems to have recovered a bit from his disastrous February and will hold onto ROY.  But man are Jalen Williams and Walker Kessler making a run.

Kessler in March so far is averaging 12 and 11 while shooting 83% from the field.  He is averaging just over 3 blocks per game.  He posted similar numbers in Febraury.

Williams has upped his game a bit.  Scoring 22 PPG, 5 rebounds, 5 assists per game.  Shooting 58/56/68 while playing really strong defense.

Something to think about as the draft approaches.  2 of the top 3 rookies this year were drafted outside of the top 10.

The good GMs/franchises seem to find those guys at a semi regular basis, not sure if Weaver can though you can argue that Bey and Stewart as flawed as they are may be better than the average player at that spot but I don't have the info to back that up.

I am down on Barnes this year.  Ivey and Franz have the same problem for me.  Anything they provide on offense is almost immediately given up on defense.  They are literally two of the worst defenders in the league.  Bridges is a nice player but kind of odd in this group since he is 4 or 5 years older than these guys.  Williams is my ROY and has the potential to be the best player from this draft.  But he also has the advantage of playing next to SGA and Giddey.

The Kings now have 41 wins.  That means for the first time since 2005-6 they will have at least a .500 record.  16 seasons in a row they finished below .500.

On the flip side I think it's been about 16 seasons in a row the Wizards finished right at .500 ....or atleast it seems like it.

Luka is a fantastic basketball player and IMO the best player in the league.  But he has no clue how to be a leader.  So much complaining, pouting, bitching.

Knock it all off.  Put your head down and play ball.  Give a little more effort on defense and lead your team.
