It's not the Latin of course, it's that Vatican II was first stirring of reform of the absolutism (and patriarchy) the RCC. A tragically large % of the human race finds that being read rules is more comforting than having to make decisions for themselves. 1 Quote

Deleterious Posted March 26 Posted March 26 It appears to only block the sale of the kits? I think you can still go by an 80 by itself and you are fine. But maybe I read it wrong. Quote

Deleterious Posted April 8 Posted April 8 (edited) Stop posing with guns if you know nothing about guns. No way to know for sure. But the dust cover is open (right above the trigger). That usually means a round is chambered. EDIT: Hit post too fast. Chambered or not, do not point the muzzle of a gun at another human. Edited April 8 by Deleterious Quote

romad1 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 I was at the local range on Saturday and i saw a fellow by himself with a rental gun. Something about him tripping the breakers in my mind. He was long-haired, thin, bespectacled, seemed academic. I know the stories from many previous range days talking to the RSOs. Many a suicidal person rents a pistol and shoots themselves at a range. This particular person might be looking at loss of a nurtured scientific career at the hands of these know-nothing asshats. I was more than a little worried for him. Quote
