pfife Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Whats hypocritical about pardoning an obvious political prosecution and being for gun control? Quote

Yet you keep harping on Hunter Biden yet seem to have no qualms with the deal Jared Kushner made directly with the Saudi government. A deal that may have potential security implications and foreign influence. Make sense of that. Nobody has said Hunter is a saint. Trump pardoned Kushner's father and gave him an ambassadorship. Who is the hypocrite here. Quote

Same reason we still have diplomat ties with Saudi Arabia after the Kashoggi murder. I would have to think that any administration's concern over airing Saudi dirty laundry in the American media and the foreign policy implications probably had more to due with a decision to let it lie than whatever the facts of the case might have been wrt American law. I would say Biden is the hypocrite in this question. He and his press secretary on many many occasions told multiple news organizations he would not pardon his son. Did Trump say over and over again he would not pardon Charlie Kushner? Did his official press secretary say he would not? Edited December 18, 2024 by Tigeraholic1 Quote
pfife Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Interesting. Before you were saying he was a hypocrite because of gun contol. Convenient bundlearooskie switcheroo Quote
pfife Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Biden assuredly became aware of the pending guilty plea of the lying liar whos lies were being used in the political prosecution. In 2024. The Information obviously changed. Quote

Hypocrite or not, I can hardly blame Biden for not unilaterally disarming while people who explicitly refer to him as the enemy trample over all the norms they criticize him for ignoring. Quote

mtutiger Posted January 2 Posted January 2 The soon-to-be President, who released a statement with a non-sequitur about immigrants when the crime was committed by an American citizen, doesn't inspire much confidence and seems confused in his own right. 1 Quote
