mtutiger Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 Funny... I look at AJ's comments and don't have the same reaction that McCosky does. Quote

No idea where MeadowsP factors in. right. Riley plays better than his speed, whether Vierling can play up to his speed is what they want/need to find out. Quote

Who can handle Major League sliders and curves, etc...? Baddoo can not and has shown no power. Edited March 11, 2023 by Tigeraholic1 Quote
Tenacious D Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Parker has more seasoning and is more accomplished than Baddoo was when he originally made the team, though the circumstances were different. I don’t think it’s a stretch to start him in Detroit, but I’m OK with Carpenter getting that spot. Baddoo is a distant 3rd in the competition. Quote
Tiger337 Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 The Tigers are second in OPS and 21st in ERA this Spring. Imagine if their hitters come through and their pitching fails. Spring stats mean almost nothing, but it could happen! Quote

Bill Gullickson had 20 wins and a 3.90 ERA in 91. Quote

Evil Roy Slade Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 I’ve been out of pocket this weekend and opened this thread to see what happened in the game. I see that the Tigers won. But not a single word about the game in this whole thread. You guys are slipping. ;>} Quote
