I think this team will become competitive under Holmes. They are so young right now. And their best young guys are injured. Nothing will happen though until this team drafts a QB. People keep saying no need to draft a QB, but you just can’t start the rebuild until you do. All Holmes has done so far is tear it down. Lions should do everything possible to get Malik Willis. Quote

They'll draft really well over a 3 year period and just as they are getting good, Sports Illustrated will do a story on the Young Lions and when they pose them for a picture at Allen Park, a giant fucking sinkhole will swallow up the players and they'll never be seen again. I know injuries happen to everyone, but this lions team seems to have extremely bad luck. Really uninspiring first half. In the last 6 first half quarters the lions have 6 points on 3 FGs. 3 straight games where they couldn’t get a TD in the first half. Really terrible game plans. Quote
