He still looks so young...........He's the guy that helped us get Miggy and Miggy seems so much older, he's only 4 years older.

Miller and Maybe both younger than Cabrera and both 2 yrs into retirement. Of course, to be honest, so should Cabrera.

I like it, he has a radio voice.

So, if my math is correct, Bobby Scales and Cam Maybin will account for around 85% of road broadcasts this year?

That will be better than the carousel they had the past couple of years anyway

Does Maybin say buggy whip and frozen rope all the time?

He needs to mix in a "Trust your stuff" and "keyhole" every now and again lol

How's everyone feeling about Torkelson? A little more relaxed?

I believe Dan said he started ST with a 2 for 15. He is now 12/40, which makes it 10 for his last 25, or 400. Nice area.

As long as the ball is coming off of his bat well, it'll find holes eventually.  I think he was the victim of some bad luck last season.  He'll have his rookie season behind him.  Hopefully a reversal of fortune (ie, a more in line BABIP).  I think he's going to have a pretty good season.

I still would like to see some more power out of him. This is a guy that broke Barry Bonds school HR record along with supposedly having 70 grade power coming out of college and thus far he just hasn't shown it.

Yeah he's hit quite a few balls to the wrong part of the park that otherwise would've been HRs but I'm talking not just actual HR numbers but just seeing some legit bombs, something that you would expect to see relatively often from somebody of his pre draft reputation.

From my memory the only true bomb I can remember him hitting is the one in KC at the start of the season last year. And yes a 330ft HR counts the same as a 500ft one does but seeing more long distance ones would make me more comfortable about his  long term HR output.
