Motor City Sonics Posted October 10, 2021 Author Posted October 10, 2021 Wow, Illinois would have a losing record in the MAC. Quote
Kamakzie Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 Wow did they luck out or what. Terrible time for a muff! Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 That was sooooooooooo stupid. I can't believe how lucky Michigan just got there. He should have let that one go. Quote
Kamakzie Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 This is getting too close for comfort. Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 A much needed touchdown there to stifle the momentum Nebraska was getting. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 (edited) They should have used a timeout there because that defense had no idea what was going on. Edited October 10, 2021 by Mr.TaterSalad Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 What kind of a play call was that??? Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 Moody with another big pressure kick! Quote
lordstanley Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 Man, a 1st down on that set would have won the game. When does playing that conservative ever pay off? Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted October 10, 2021 Author Posted October 10, 2021 (edited) Hey guys, when you make a big play, make sure you hang your heads in shame and walk quietly to the sidelines. You wouldn't want to hurt any feelings. Edited October 10, 2021 by Motor City Sonics Quote
lordstanley Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 Michigan survives! Not sure why you’re in shotgun for victory formation. Not like Michigan has ever botched a routine final play of game before. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted October 10, 2021 Author Posted October 10, 2021 Well, I saw something from Michigan tonight that I haven't seen in years......Resiliency. When Nebraska took the lead, they took it right back. Certainly building up for 7-0 Michigan at 7-0 Michigan State. How epic would that be? Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 (edited) Way to go Jim Harbaugh and Michigan!!! That was a big win and they hung tough the whole game. Great effort by us tonight and it feels good to hang tough from start to finish. I thought this game was going to get away from them when Nebraska got two back-to-back scores but Michigan answered back offensively and shut them down after that. lordstanley Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 If Michigan goes on to have a great season I will remember this Haskins run for a long time. 2 Quote

MSU seems to be on more an upswing recently than M. It was nice that they were able to pull out a win here, which is certainly an improvement, but they had enough chances to make it easy on themselves and they didn't, which is sort of the definition of a not quite really good team. And their inability to connect on the long ball when it's open is really a killer. That said, 3 losses would still be a big set forward compared to where they have been. lordstanley Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 I still think Nebraska jumped offside on the McNamara pick but I only saw it twice. Quote
romad1 Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 I couldn't watch any of this. I expected pain. Glory! Quote
