casimir Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 Ballys graphic shows Springs as a RHP whilst he warms up lefty. So, either the graphic is wrong, or Springs knows today will be a cakewalk. Quote
chasfh Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 FWIW, I don't think Javy Baez is at all unlikable. I think he's very likable. He's just frustratingly inconsistent on the field. 2 1 Quote
casimir Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 Pitchcom fail. It’s like my house and people with uncharged phones and iPads and laptops and crap. 1 Quote

Dtrain72 Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Vierling fits in nicely with his booty plate approaches Quote
chasfh Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Jesus, Matt Vierling, at least put up a challenge on a close strike two pitch, would you, please? Quote
Sports_Freak Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Harris trading for AAA players was a great move. Saves all kinds of money. It will be better once Cabrera comes off the books next season. Maybe we will trade any player for a AAA relief pitcher. Detroit sports really sucks, except for the Lions. Ugh... Quote

It doesn’t seem like either was pushed like that last season. Granted, it’d have been tough to do that with Rodriguez while he had his issues. But it didn’t seem like either was in the f front of advertising much before the season started. It seemed weird to me. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Craig loves the early season Tiger hitter approach. Is he aware we've scored a total of 2 runs so far, averaging 1 run per game? Yeah, great approach Craig. Quote

Hinch could pee on Cmun's leg and say it was raining, but Cmun would say "that's not rain, that's pee skipper, and I love it!" Edited April 2, 2023 by Dtrain72 Quote
casimir Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 I think the other thing that works against Baez is that he has flair to his game. Flair doesn’t work well when the game isn’t going well. 1 Quote
Hongbit Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Craig “He throws every pitch with conviction. He’s committed to every throw.” Wentz walks the guy on 4 straight. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Is Boyd hurt? Couldn't wait to get our #7 SP into a game, huh? Quote
Tigermojo Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Now I'm picturing Shep stroking CMo's head lovingly during the broadcast. Quote
casimir Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 Yikes, first pitch stolen base for Franco. Did Wentz even glance over? Quote

LongLiveMaroth Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 I didn't realize Wentz had that kind of movement on the fastball. I mean sure he didn't quite get it in the zone but it sure looks good. Quote
Jim Cowan Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 10 pitches of no hit ball from Wentz! We're witness8ng a classic! Quote
