Deleterious Posted April 9, 2023 Author Posted April 9, 2023 Hawks-Heat and Lakers-Timberwovles on Tuesday. Bulls-Raptors and Thunder-Pelicans on Wednesday. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 9, 2023 Author Posted April 9, 2023 Huge blow to Minnesota. Why is everyone so punchy up there. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted April 10, 2023 Posted April 10, 2023 Not exactly going out on a limb but I got Giannis and the Bucks winning again. My rooting interest is the Nets though just cause I would love to spite KD and Kyrie. Quote
Betrayer Posted April 10, 2023 Posted April 10, 2023 Ugh, I needed MIN to play their best game of the year and take down the Lakers. Guess I have to hope for the Grizz to do it. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 11, 2023 Author Posted April 11, 2023 https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2023-nba-predictions/?whatever 538 has the top 3 favorites. Celtics 21%. Bucks 19%. 76ers 15%. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 Outside of the Suns(just cause I don't like KD) the Celtics are the team I'm rooting for the least. Nothing against them or their players I just hate Boston sports fans and am tired of them always getting to celebrate championships. Yes I know that is childish and spiteful but I don't care. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 11, 2023 Author Posted April 11, 2023 I read the average price for the Kings-Warriors series is $821. It would be the highest price ever for a first round series. Quote
Betrayer Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 Teams I want to see lose: Lakers, Suns, Sixers, Clippers WEST: I was ok with the Suns before they got KD, but he's in my top 5 most hated list. Also not a huge fan of GS winning another ring, but I enjoy watching them play and I'm ok with them getting to the finals. However, I'd really love to see someone new come out of the West like Denver, Memphis, or Sac although I don't have a ton of belief in those teams in a playoff setting. EAST: I'd like to see Boston or Milwaukee come out of the East. I like the way they built their star(s) mostly through the draft. It won't happen, but it would be awesome if the Nets beat the 76ers. Cavs/Knicks could be a really good, hard-nosed series and I can't wait to see it. Quote
buddha Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 no: bulls, celtics, memphis, clippers, minnesota, lakers. not really rooting for anyone. Quote
buddha Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 this lakers game is an exercise in stupidity. Quote
Betrayer Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Epic collapse by MIN. I can’t even comprehend why they spent the entire 4th and overtime pounding the ball and not even getting into an offensive set until 7 seconds left in the shot clock every single time down the court. Some absolutely terrible coaching. Quote

Some absolutely terrible coaching. its because their best player is the biggest pussy in the nba. where was kat? they switched reaves and even schroeder onto him and what did he do? fade to the corner. he didnt even bother to post up. he's the biggest pansy ass in the league. when the going gets tough, he does nothing. 1 Quote
buddha Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 minnesota has saved lebron's ass. he's been shit for most of the overtime. how can the lakers not be able to inbound the damn ball? Quote
Betrayer Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Totally agree on KAT. But also look at the shot clock on those plays they highlighted on TNT - there was no time left to post up anyway because they kept pounding the ball for 15 seconds on every possession like they were trying to get the last play of the quarter. Mind boggling offense. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 12, 2023 Author Posted April 12, 2023 In the 4th and OT KAT had zero points and only took two shots. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 12, 2023 Author Posted April 12, 2023 Kevin Pelton said on the last eight minutes of regulation, Minnesota did not take a single shot inside of 22 feet. Quote
buddha Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 i think i'd rather listen to stacey king than doris burke.🤢 Quote
Betrayer Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Could be worse. I clicked on ESPN2 for a few minutes and they’ve got Stephen A talking the whole time in a second window. I thought that was the main broadcast for a few minutes and I was about to lose my mind. Quote
buddha Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 toronto doing their best minnesota impression. is nick nurse supposed to be a good coach? they cant run an offensive possession. and no one on that team is acting like they care. its pathetic. Quote
buddha Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 wow. what a bunch of pussies. pascal siakim was rushed to urgent care after the game to get the sand out of his vagina. 1 Quote
