If you bring in a QB with the kind of question marks as Goff, should you have spent a little more effort on the #2 position? Or if Goff wasn't good was the fall back just the top pick? Quote

Called timeout before the 4th down play because Baltimore was outta time outs. 1st mistake. The next mistake was playing a passive defense and allowing them to convert a 4th down and 19.
