Grand Rapids is in town twice including a Sunday that is a Pucks and Paws night (guessing people can bring their dog?) which I think I'll go to.

The entire NHL only 4 players are unvaccinated.   One of them is ours.   Another one got COVID and now has a heart condition.

i know bertuzzi comes with unnecessary distractions about vaccinations and his back issues, but i dont really want to trade him.  he's really good.

if they do trade him, they better get a haul.

I wonder. Do you suppose it's because the league is so over-expanded with respect to the talent base feeding it that the only way to establish even a reasonable facsimile of parity across the league is to allow players to remain who make their living by abusing the other teams players instead of playing a skilled game?

Edvinsson is getting some unreal hype right now.  Sounds like he's been moved to Frolunda's first PP unit too.  The whispers online are that the Stars had Edvinsson as their top prospect and the Wings had him as their third rated guy.

I honestly have no clue what it is, I think it may be a mix of an old boys club and incompetence.  They're inconsistent on almost everything.

I guess it's true that there has always been a tension among Canadians themselves whether hockey is supposed to be a skill game or just WWE on skates.

Larkin is skating at practice today, I've been holding my breath that he didn't get his neck re-injured and they didn't announce it so he could serve the game suspension without any issue.

Evander Kane, 21-game suspension for submitting fake vaccine card.   Because of course he'd do that.  He's going to be facing jail time (to go along with his upcoming domestic violence charges.   He's finished.  I can't see any team in either country taking a gamble on this clown now.    One of the most despicable people in sports.

dekyser will be gone.  leddy will be gone.  staal will be gone.  they'll need defensemen.
