That's gonna be great because with him pitching so well, we'll be able to get two Not Top 10 prospects from some other team that we won't see until 2026. Then we can pump them and talk about how much depth is in the system. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 ERod lowers his WHIP to 0.84 for the season. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 (edited) Not much of an effort by Maton and another weak throw by Baddoo. Really it was Baddoo's weak throw. Get it there on less than 2 hops and they have a good chance to get Mateo. Edited April 23, 2023 by gehringer_2 Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 To hell with A.J. Hinch. E-Rod was rollin' Not at his pitch limit. But the book says.................... Overrated manager. 1 Quote
Hongbit Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 That was a gift for them to send the runner there’. He should’ve been out by two steps. Quote

Shinzaki Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 I remember guys like Lolich throwing 20+ complete games a year...would Rodriguez's arm fall off if he threw one? Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 Looks like Dwight Schrute's cousin walked a guy. Quote

Hart Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 It sucks when you see all out effort from a guy like Vierling with that slide and then Baddoo blow it for the team with effort like that. Quote

gehringer_2 Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 Dan defending Maton not being closer to the line, but that ball wasn't hit hard and Maton still didn't cover it. Quote

Can Malloy play left? I'm thinking no, but he probably could have made a better throw. Quote

But is Maton an actual thirdbaseman or a second baseman playing third. You know, Al Avila with 6 years of high draft picks and the team does not have a viable third baseman that'll we see anytime soon (Sorry Colt Keith, you're destined for the OF) Quote

Baddoo had TJ before he came to the Tigers and I've always wondered if because he's "just an outfielder" if he didn't do the really hard rehab work a pitcher does to bring it all the way back. Quote

Well, if your 3b is not a 3b and doesn't have great 3b range, than maybe you *aren't* defending foul ground playing the line? Quote
