Kind of has a bit of March Lakeland home team flavor to it, doesn't it?

The roster is getting a bit banged up.  Carpenter's injury allows Baez to "rest" that left hand a bit as the DH.  Cabrera gets the day game to yuck things up from the bench.

Somehow Zack Short has returned.

 Bringing Short and Ibanez up and leaving Kriedler at Toledo doesn't make sense. They sent Kriedler down because of his stats but he was only playing once in while. It would seem like it would be best to get him regular work to see if he will sink or swim. Having him as a regular for a few weeks isnt going to jeopardize a playoff run for this team.

Thanks for that.  I wasn’t so much worried about Short being the 27th man for the doubleheader.  But I wasn’t aware that Kreidler was unavailable.
