As "hot" as the 11-8 Tigers are and cold as the 3-13 Cardinals are, don't be surprised if we lose the series or even get swept, because that's how baseball works. At least I won't abandon the ship if it happens.

If there was ever a time to play on the road in St. Louis it is now. Their pitching has been horrific this season, and hopefully will continue to do so. This is baseball, and more particular our Tigers we are talking about however haha, but I feel confident we can go in and win this series.

If we can stay sharp and focused and A.J. can continue pushing the right buttons, we can mos def win this series.

I haven't abandoned them in years. Just playing a clean game keeps it interesting.

Has anyone heard a thing about Austin Meadows?      Is he done for good?

How much longer does Schoop get?

Expand

Last I heard on Meadows, he is on 60-day IL now. Hope the dude gets help, still has the talent.

Schoop will continue to get chances until a viable alternative is found for him; that is not the case right now.

Bad as the numbers are, I do like how the Cardinals broadcast holds the hitter’s stats on the screen for at least the first several pitches.
