The season is looking a lot like 2021 with the slow start followed by a lot wins in close games led by a surprsingly strong bullpen and timely hitting.  They played over their heads in 2021.  This year, they don't seem to be.  I don't think they are hitting up to their potential and are still hanging in there.  That is a good sign.

If Tork, Green, and even Badoo all start to hit, this team will win alot of games.

So what do you do if the Tigers are still playing decent and within reasonable distance of 1st place in a terrible Central division in July? There are solid arguments for both selling and for going for it, and I'm not yet sure what I'd do.

Baez, Haase, Vierling and McKinstry have been hot for a couple weeks with timely hits from Greene and RBIs from others. With the bullpen and the defense, if they get ahead, they are tough to beat.
