My problem with Maybin in the booth is that my hearing aids can't handle his high pitched voice.

I can only handle it for short periods of time.

I wish we could get a radio broadcast up here in the U.P. like in the good old days.

Gibson was very good when teamed with Josh Lewin. I did enjoy it even if he was a bit of a jerk on his radio shows with Gary Danielson and Eli Zaret

Very true... I remember watching a game in early 2021 and didn't realize how bad his disease had gotten since the last time I had watched games regularly (I had checked out for a little bit while I was getting my Masters)

I see that it is Haase's turn to catch again.  This is just about the opposite of chess.  Rogers is the better receiver, leads the team in home runs, and should catch 130 games.  He'll be lucky to catch 100.

The Kelenic two-run homer wasn’t an awful pitch, the Hernandez bomb was an 0-2 meatball. He was great outside that. The swings and misses were nice to see.
