gehringer_2 Posted March 29 Posted March 29 (edited) what's your subdivision of investment frauds when you say 'these people"? She was small potatoes and likely had no idea what she was doing. People certainly do get prosecuted for investment frauds all the time. Edited March 29 by gehringer_2 Quote

I can't think of one meme coin that has rug pulled and been prosecuted. The Paul brothers have done it multiple times and if we dig deep enough, they are probably behind her meme coin since she is on their podcast network. I agree, she probably didn't have a clue what was going on. 1 Quote

Nobody seems to want to admit the emperor isn't wearing any cloths. Or maybe I wouldn't be surprised if part of it is that since it's all such a good vehicle for money laundering that the CIA lobbies hard inside gov to leave it alone! 🤷♂️ Edited March 29 by gehringer_2 Quote
Screwball Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Jesus H Christ Doesn't anyone remember when the wankin ****in bankers blew up the world financial system back in 2008/2009 and NOBODY went to jail? Only to see the same swine pricks who caused the entire mess which cost people billions and lose their homes get bailed out to the tune of Trillions over the next 10-15 years (yes, with a T)? WTF. Wake the **** up. Quote

Wake the **** up. I guess that's the safety of fish swimming in a school. Do something that stands out like a Milken or Theranos and you may get hammered. Just do the common everyday fraud everyone else is doing and you're immunized since they won't/can't prosecute everybody. Quote
Deleterious Posted March 29 Posted March 29 That Trevor Milton pardon today is 100% something to complain about it with this admin. That guy is a straight-up thief and should not be walking around in public. Quote

That’s a key requirement for getting a pardon from Agent Orange: be a business criminal. Outside of the J6 flying monkeys, who else has he ever pardoned? It’s because they engaged in the same kind of business behavior he did. He’s covering up his own crimes by pardoning others convicted of them, since as far as he’s concerned, business crime is no crime at all. Wait until he starts pardoning sexual predators on the regular. That’ll be telling. Edited Saturday at 05:35 PM by chasfh Quote

Deleterious Posted yesterday at 03:07 PM Posted yesterday at 03:07 PM Yesterday was the best thing he could do for the economy. Now leave it alone and let us do our thing. If we have to tack in another direction 2 weeks from now then its bad. Quote

Our country and economy was not in dire straits, so there is no reason for such dramatic measures even if you think they are fair in theory. Putting tariffs on every country in the world including allies and countries struggling to survive has a big risk of creating chaos and destruction which could be felt around the world including here. It seems that if he wants to play with tariffs he should be targeting specific countries which may be a threat to us. I don't think many would have a problem with that. 1 1 Quote
