Maton and Vierling shouldn't be playing but there is no one at Toledo to replace them, so they have to play and we have to hope that they figure things out.

This is true.

At some point, Torkelson should get a semi day off of his feet at DH.  Ibanez at 1B, Maton & McKinstry flanking Baez.  Or maybe DH Baddoo for a partial day off as well.  I guess I question Maton at DH because he’s IF flexible, but with Short on the bench and Ibanez & McKinstry able to move around if needed, it probably doesn’t matter much.
