in his last 7 games Cabrera  is hitting 100. That's 2 hits in 20 AB with 5Ks. But with 6BB.  The walks actually got his OBP up to 300 over that stretch.

I passed him out walking Sunday—much shorter than I thought.  He was with his wife and some friends coming back from the Birmingham Farmers Market, I think.

He also has a thing for irrationally hating Matt Vierling as well.

Not that Vierling has proven himself to be elite or anything, but there are far worse players on this roster who don't engender that kind of hostility

That single puts Riley over the .800 OPS mark on the season. Outside of maybe the first week of the season I don't think he has been that high all year.
