Tigerbomb13 Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 Whomever Grant Anderson is, he’s struck out six of the first seven major league batters he’s faced. Quote
Tigermojo Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 Nobody left on the bench and Haase arguing the called strike. We may see a pitcher in right field tonight. Quote
kdog Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 We don't have the firepower to beat Texas in a slugfest. Quote

LOL - Dickerson finished his broadcast rights disclaimer by saying that if Anderson's family and friends want to show off Grant's debut performance they will have to call the league office for their express consent! LOL - it's a measure of how bad the pitching has been tonight that with Rehab calling strikes down to the ankles there still have been 15 runs scored. Edited May 31, 2023 by gehringer_2 Quote

Tigerbomb13 Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 (edited) Did Monroe really just call that Schoop noodle armed throw a “good throw”?? Edited May 31, 2023 by Tigerbomb13 Quote
gehringer_2 Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 The injury wastage on this team has gotten beyond ridiculous. We have a whole starting rotation on the DL. Quote
Dtrain72 Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 Whelp, looks like after today I cancel my Bally sub...this team alllllmoost got me to June until the wheels fell off, so that's nice I guess. Quote
Tigermojo Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 No update on Riley yet. Has to get scans done on lower left leg. Quote
lordstanley Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 Today’s E-Rod injury has taken the wind out of my sails. Quote

RandyMarsh Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 It's fair to ask but what makes me a little skeptical of it being something specific the Tigers are doing is that not all the injuries are the same, like if everybody was going down with TJ it would be easier to point the finger at something specific but we got guys down with TJ, flexor tendons, shoulders, backs, fingers and knees. Basically you name the body part and we got a pitcher down because of it it. Quote
