chasfh Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 So the one thing we thought TORK! could actually do, pick it with his glove, I guess we can’t even rely on that anymore. He doesn’t do that, he’s a dead loss at first. 1 Quote
Tigermojo Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 (edited) Olson gets out of it. 80 pitches through five. Edited June 3, 2023 by Tigermojo Quote
Tigermojo Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Clevinger out after only 73 pitches. Must be tired from all his dancing. Quote
lordstanley Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 What’s the most hitters faced in a major league debut without giving up a hit? Quote
Dtrain72 Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Is the Maton experience going to last until July? Quote
Dtrain72 Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Too bad for the kid that the offense is grade A ass Quote

gehringer_2 Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 With Greene out Torkelson should probably be in the 3 spot Quote

Jim Cowan Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Baddoo and Julio on base with none out. But then Torkie and Maton both fan. Quote
romad1 Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 This just isn't our night. If we can't beat the suddenly beatable Joe Kelly. Quote
Jim Cowan Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 If you had told me a week ago that Nevin and Marisnick would be on the team, and that in spite of that, Ibanez and Schoop would still be here, I would have reached for the ceremonial dagger. Quote
Jim Cowan Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Kendall Graveman could never have struck out my grandmother until he got to his 30's. But then he seemed to figure something out. Quote

Tenacious D Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 If Harris is interested in taking advantage of a weak AL Central, he’s going to need to find a few more hitters. Carpenter may be one, but this team can’t sustain giving so many AB’s to Maton, Ibanez, Nevin, Marisnick and Schoop. I’d include Miggy in that list, but he’s not going anywhere. Quote
Tigermojo Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Some of these guys aren't question marks anymore. The answer is no. Quote
