Dombrowski is always looking to improve his ballclub, but he said that he felt good about his team and didn't anticipate making any deals before the deadline.

CJ Nitkowski just made an interesting point.  Lorenzen is at 106 IP, which is his highmark since his rookie season in 2015 (115 IP).  So, that might interesting to watch going forward.

You can believe the words from a Baseball GM's mouth before the trade deadline about the same that you can believe the words from a Football GM's mouth before the draft.
