It's his approach at 3rd base. He throws off the wrong foot pretty often and doesn't get much on a throw.

IIRC he wasn't/isn't very good with his footwork trying to play 1st either. Apparently not cut out for Swiss Army Knife Duty.

Weird career. 60% of his career wins are from one of his six seasons. Has only won more than 5 games once - and that was 18!

Yeah, that comment seemed questionable.  If anything, he may not be comfortable throwing from 3B yet.

This is the 4th year in a row of excellent WHIP, but other than that 1 year he's never come close to 30 starts.
