Yes indeed that would be fun to hear. Probably lots of polite language and platitudes back and forth summarizing in Ohtani's mind as " You just view me as a cash cow and have no intention or ability to develop a winner which you proved by NOT trading me but let's start with $600 million for 10 years so I can play you for a bigger deal from the Dodgers and you can save face with your fans "
