He may have been a token All Star selection at the time but he's been a straight beast since that game. Quietly been one of the best pitchers in baseball the past 5 or 6 weeks. gehringer_2 Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Vierling only played a few games at 3rd for the Phils last season - mostly OF, but he looks pretty decent over there. I'd give him as much time there as possible the rest of the way because if Vierling could stabilize 3b it would be a big get for the Tigers.
