I think I’ve learned he’s actually pretty upbeat between roughly 4:30pm Sunday to 1:00pm the following Sunday, following a win. We will get an extended happy TP this week. 😉 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 13 games in a row we have scored over 20 points. Not too bad... Quote
NYLion Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 This team is for real folks. Get used to it. Also, and I don't want to jinx it but they have Carolina, Tampa and Vegas in 3 of the next 4 games with a bye mixed in to get some guys back plus Jamo just in time for Baltimore so this team could go on a serious run and create some real separation in the division and I highly doubt that a Dan Campbell led team will take any opponent lightly so it's hard not to feel good about where this is headed. 1 Quote

Motor City Sonics Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 I am just very happy that Brian Branch is not out for the season. Just thought he was finished there. I'm all out of gummies...............Dammit, I was gonna get some today, but then I........well, you know. 1 Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Sitting here waiting for midnight, so I can load the new U2 song in the station database and then go to bed happy Quote

I’m surprised you wouldn’t have a “break glass in case of emergency” gummie supply. Quote
holygoat Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 The Lions didn't just walk into Lambeau and win, they ripped the soul out of the Packers. In retrospect, that 3rd quarter reminds me of the SOL Lions making a little run after going down big before the other team wakes up and reasserts their dominance. Just a great, great performance. Major relief when he came back from the locker room and they were taping up his ankle on the sidelines. The defense had a noticeable dip when he wasn't out there Quote
number20 Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 I think Decker just reminded everyone how valuable he is. It's like a different OL when he's in there 1 Quote

Part of the broadcast that stuck with me was the comparison to layups, like asking Sewell, who is so used to right handed layups, to start making left handed layups. I think that’s apt. let’s get healthy over these next ten days. We’ve got a division to win. Quote

You were at the game so you didn't hear it but the analyst on Sunday brought up that analogy as well. 1 Quote

buddha Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 that first half was the beat half i've seen the lions play in a very long time. Quote

He rolled it pretty good...I thought it was an ankle sprain, but had some concern that it was an Achilles rupture. Seeing him on the training table flexing the foot up and down was a relief Quote
NYLion Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Just reading through the thread now.... so the Lions win 34-20, in Lambeau field, and all I see is TP complaining about Lions coaches lol. My god man, if you can't enjoy a double digit win in Lambeau then what's the point of being a fan. 3 1 Quote
