pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Pence actually did what I'm advocating, take a proposal, and turn it down and move on. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Hamas has rejected every proposal offered by Israel. When you attack a country and take hostages, it's really on the country that got attacked to come up with acceptable agreement for the aggressor. Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Everyone knows Hamas has rejected offers from Israel. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 And yet these Hamasholes keep protesting demanding a ceasefire from Israel. Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Right. That is what is happening. Both sides are rejecting offers and the protestors want a ceasefire. Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 BTW it's false that hamas has rejected every offer from Israel. Israel has also accepted deals from Hamas. Not surprised you don't know that, it's about the Gaza War after all. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Apparently they do since all the pressure is on Israel and not Hamas. Quote

When you attack a country and take hostages, it's really on the country that got attacked to come up with acceptable agreement for the aggressor. Here's where you're factually wrong, yet again. This can happen when you spend too much time stalking college kids on social media in a Gaza War thread. A temporary ceasefire between Israel and Hamas-led Palestinian militant groups in the Gaza Strip took effect from 24 November 2023 to 30 November 2023, during the Israel–Hamas war. The initial agreement, mediated by Qatar, stipulated a four-day break in fighting during which 50 Israeli hostages held in Gaza and 150 Palestinian prisoners in Israel were to be released and more humanitarian aid will be allowed to enter Gaza, with the ceasefire subject to extension providing additional hostages are released.[1][2][3] On 27 November, Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a two-day extension to the ceasefire was agreed in which 20 Israelis and 60 Palestinians would be released. Close to the end of the first extension, on 30 November, another one day extension to the truce was agreed upon by both sides.[4][5] The mediators in Qatar and in Egypt reported they worked to negotiate a further extension of the truce.[6] Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Fantastic, why are people protesting for ceasefire since both sides agreed to one? Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Because there's not a ceasefire are you paying attention to the Gaza War? Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 There's not a ceasefire because Hamas rejected it. Like I said a long time ago. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Literally went in a circle just so you can admit there is no ceasefire. 1 Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 There is no ceasefire because Hamas and Israel keep rejecting each other's offers, like I said a long time ago. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 But you just said they accepted a ceasefire? Quote
Motown Bombers Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Yes and Hamas has rejected the last ceasefire. You post something from November for some reason. Quote
pfife Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 (edited) You said Hamas rejected every offer. I posted proof that you're wrong. Sorry that happened to you. You may want to stop listening to media controlled by college kids, it may help you know how to avoid saying categorically false statements Edited May 2, 2024 by pfife Quote
