And he was throwing it when he should've kept running the ball. That outlet to Gibbs was high risk for a pick 6, and the incompletion stopped the clock

The penalties were the problem last drive.  Running on 2nd and 3rd and forever was the right call.  Not picking up that fumble was disastrous.
