MichiganCardinal Posted December 20, 2023 Author Posted December 20, 2023 On the flip side, it seemed everyone outside of New York Jets HQ didn’t really understand the infatuation with Zach Wilson. I don’t remember anyone publicly going to bat for him. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 Trevor Lawrence has kind of been a disappointment. He's still not this generational QB. Quote

No doubt, he's a future HOF but this is also a draft filled with great players maybe one of the best non-QB drafts of all time when all is said and done. Parsons, Sewell, Darrisaw, Slater, Dickerson, Chase, Waddle, Smith, St. Brown, Surtain, Horn, Hufanga etc. Could be 3-4 all time greats in there. I'd also like to add McNeil just to sip on more Holmes kool-aid. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 The best part of the McNeil pick is how the Eagles tried to be cute and lost out on him. Quote

Motown Bombers Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 Sewell showed up on the injury report with a shoulder injury. He was limited but not out of practice. Quote

I don't know if Laporta will be able to average enough. That's my feeling as well. Against the Saints he really went off... 140 yards. Outside of that he's only averaging 47 yards per game. Now, if he gets another game over 100+ yards then that makes it much easier, but I don't see that coming. Quote
Tigerbomb13 Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 I’m in my weekly league and Jameson Williams is bowling in a lane next to me (open bowling lane). Quote

Motown Bombers Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 The Vikings defense ranks dead last in completion percentage. Their blitzing allows for short passing and the rank near the bottom in DVOA to passes to RBs and TEs. They are also one of the worst defenses on passes over the middle. All areas where the Lions thrive. Get the ball out quickly to Gibbs or Montogomery in the flat and let them break tackles. Quote

He knows that the Vikings know that the Lions know. So...he'll call long pass plays to fool everyone. 😆😆 Quote
