RandyMarsh
All bench unit comes in and of course things immediately go south as the Pistons trail by 9.
buddha
and down 11 after 1.
Motown Bombers
Down double digits after the 1st quarter. These games are over before they begin.

I don't even feel like we are close to winning games. We trail almost the entire game every time I watch.
buddha
only down 9 at the half!
Deleterious
Nice little run here.
Deleterious
OK Stewart will get the TO there. But Bojan threw the pass down around his knees. You cant put a pass there for a big man.
Motown Bombers
And just like that, Brooklyn gets their lead back.

Deleterious
The Nets lead ballooned in a hurry. Now up 15.
Deleterious
They can't even run a pick and roll. There was such a big gap between Cade and Bojan on that screen the defender just went right between them so there was basically no screen. Bojan has to set it higher and Cade has to take a better angle going at Bojan. That is coaching IMO.
Hart
Not sure how we are going to break this streak. We get blown out by good teams and usually hover around a 10 point deficit against average teams before they pull away late. Weaver should be fired immediately. Hart
I do feel bad for the players. They are playing harder than most NBA teams play on a nightly basis and desperately trying to break this streak but it doesn't matter. The Pistons just don't have good enough players. Cade getting some garbage time stats.

IDK - At the NBA level two guys - one a ten yr vet, the other supposedly with great basketball IQ, have to be coached how to run a pick and roll? Ok, coaching may be a big issue but I'd locate it more at the accountability end than at the level of that kind of instruction.
Deleterious
Firing someone now would be sort of funny. 25 losses in a row is fine. But that 26th loss is unacceptable!
buddha
down to 10!

Motown Bombers
I'd wait until after they set the record to fire Weaver so that way it is on his record.

Motown Bombers
When have the Pistons last lead in the 4th?
Deleterious
If the opposing team can't pull their starters in the 4th, Pistons should be awarded the W. Sort of like a handicap in golf/bowling leagues.
buddha
and just like that, it was over. 2-27. 26 straight losses. tying the record for most consecutive losses in one season. two more losses to catch the all time record (over two seasons) of the "process" sixers.
