NYLion Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 (edited) The Rams are a horrendous matchup for the Lions especially without LaPorta in there to keep up in an inevitable shootout. Experience factor is big time in the Rams favor also. The one positive is that the Lions will have a chip on their shoulder because most will pick the Rams to win this and understandably so, so hopefully they take on this underdog role and use it as fuel. MichiganCardinal Posted January 8, 2024 Author Posted January 8, 2024 The Lions are 12-5 and hosting the game for a reason. Let’s not call this over before it starts. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 The Lions were an unjust penalty away from being the 2 seed. Very successful regular season. Quote

lordstanley Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 Matt Prater misses two field goals in the final minutes, including one as time expires, amd the Cards lose. Is it too late for Arizona to cut him and give him to the Lions? Quote

The Rams are playing really good at the right time. And I would say it will be a shootout. Quote

Wild that the Lions traded Stafford to the Rams, who won their Super Bowl... And rebuilt their team, with Goff and the plethora of Rams' picks returned in trade, plus other "stuff" of course... And two years after Stafford winning the Super Bowl we're playing him and the Rams in our first playoff game in forever, rebuilt team from the Stafford trade and all.... Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 8, 2024 Author Posted January 8, 2024 I think it’s got to be Sunday Night or Monday Night Quote
