Shinzaki Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 And to think some were bummed when they didn't hire Saleh Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Craig Reynolds with the go ahead TD in the 2nd half and Derrick Barnes with the game sealing INT! Just how we drew it up! Quote
NYLion Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 The Detroit Lions, OUR Detroit Lions, are in the NFC Championship game. For us long suffering Lions fan (I've been a fan since the late 80s), how sweet is this and how about Derrick Barnes making amends for that missed Dak safety by sealing it. What a time to be alive. 1 Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Lions have yet to trail in the playoffs. 1 Quote
Jason_R Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Where is the NFC Championship game day thread? I need it NOW! 😂😂😂 Quote

RandyMarsh Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 To think 6 weeks ago we just lost by 2 scores to Chicago and given our franchise history everybody was expecting a collapse, but since then we have won 5 of 6(so close to being all 6) and are now a win from the SB. So impressive! Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Is this really happening? We're going to play for the right to go to aSuper Bowl next week. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 I'm going to rewatch it. If my heart slows down. Let's go Red Wings! Quote
romad1 Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Love Barnes breaking out the chalkboard to describe his INT!!! Quote
guy incognito Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Playing a SF team next, huh? What could go wrong? Quote
holygoat Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 I really happy for Barnes. After that missed sack in Dallas, this has to feel like a huge weight off his shoulders. Quote

So impressive! Turnovers. They made them against the Bears, had none today and only 17 penalty yards. It's hard to beat any team in the NFL that doesn't make mistakes, and the Lions aren't making many. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 If they lose next week, they need to blow it up and start a rebuild. : ) Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 I was talking to my dad just now. He's 75. He was 17 when the first Super Bowl was played. That's incredible to think how long some fans have suffered. 2 Quote
