I’m guessing the picks are spaced out intentionally because this, like all sports, is a TV affair and they have sold commercials based on specific time slots.

ESPN prolly paid big bucks for the airing rights so they prolly had an agreement with the NFL. Teams don't need 10 minutes for first round picks.

Brad damn near gets penalized he runs that card up so fast. I think they should have Dan Skipper and Taylor Decker both come up to read the Lions pick this year.

BTW, downtown Detroit looks great. When you don't show the Ilitches empty buildings and half built District Detroit you can really make downtown Detroit shine.

DAAAAMMMNNNN, the Falcons selected Penix Jr after paying Cousins. This dude is going to be 30 before he takes over as starter. Did not see that one coming. That pushes another solid player towards the Lions.
