I can definitely say there are more people in attendance today for a meaningless final preseason game than there were for the 2021 Vikings-Lions game that started it all.

Officials are in midseason form, calling defensive holding on our offensive tackle on a run play up the middle.

Steeler players are all trying to make the team.  Lions players are all trying to avoid injury.

Hendon Hooker aka NFL as in Not for Long if he keeps taking all them sacks.

Isaiah Williams has a higher ceiling than Kalif Raymond. I don’t think you can cut him.

Hooker is struggling with basic pitch and catch. Starting to see why the coaching staff has Sudfeld ahead of him.

He belongs on this team. He'll be playing on Sundays, somewhere.

Suspect protection. He has a weapon no other Lion QB has...wheels. It would be a nice weapon if Goff goes down in a game, teams wouldn't be prepared for his runs.

I wonder if the Lions give Riley Patterson another look, he was released by the Commanders this week.

They just need to make sure they don’t allow him to become a run-first QB. He’ll easily become Pat White or RGIII otherwise. The high quality starting OL will help.

3rd string QB is bets job in the NFL.   You get to say you're an NFL QB and you get to not get knocked stupid by the time you're 35.    If you end up playing and fail, well, you're a 3rd stringer,  if you end up playing and being good, you can get rich in a hurry.

He already has the backup role to Goff locked down.

Fromm is decisive.   Sudfeld looked unsure.   Hooker is raw but electric.    Hopefully we don't have to see any of them in a close game this coming season.
