Michigan hasn't grabbed an offensive rebound in over the last 20 minutes it feels like and yet somehow they're managing to not get blown out. If we were as good on the offensive glass as we were yesterday against Maryland we'd be leading.

Three reviews in like 30 seconds. All confirmed obviously. All still taking like two or three minutes of real time. These last few minutes take long enough as is, they need to find a way to make these reviews go faster.

How did Michigan beat Wisconsin twice, beat Purdue twice, beat Maryland once, have 11 or so Quad 1 wins, and still end up two seeds lower than Wisconsin?

Because the bracket is decided before the big 10 championship game takes place. The B1G really needs to stop having the conference championship game end 30 minutes before the selection show. 

Michigan got completely and utterly screwed with their seeding.

To play Devil's Advocate, Michigan's BPI is only 29 and from my understanding that is a big stat that the committee puts a lot of stock in. So going by that a 5 seed sounds about right if you give them some bonus points for winning their tournament.

I am a stranger in these parts but I just learned my alma mater UCSD is now not only in Division 1 but in the NCAA tournament!  It is surreal to see them playing Michigan, please go easy on us tonight.

It honestly blows my mind.  When I went to games, there were like 20 fans in the stands and they'd get killed by D2 squads.

They didn't look like the team that just dominated and played well in the Big Ten tournament. They played sloppy ball and turned it over way too much. They have to tighten up their turnovers and play two quarters worth of defense.

that's exactly how they looked all season long.  sloppy and pulling out last minute wins.  no true point guard.

I haven’t watched them much this season but do they normally ignore the paint despite having Goldin and Wolf?   That made the game much harder than it needed to be.

Probably gonna jinx it but Creighton currently up 2 on Auburn at half time.

This is where their crappy draw could bite them. Chalk would have them playing Auburn in the Sweet 16 and the ultimate thorn Sparty in the Elite 8.

Auburn is losing at half though, so who knows, maybe they’ll play Creighton and New Mexico. It’s March after all.
