Givony has an article out that polled NBA GM's.

Holland tied with AJ Johnson as the biggest reaches in the draft.

They picked Reed to win ROTY.  Kinda odd since he probably wont start and is just basically a spot up shooter.  But I guess someone has to win it.  Reed was also #1 when asked who will have the best career.

Bub Carington was the top pick for biggest steal.

Cooper Flagg was by far the top pick to be next years top pick.

He also mentioned being in Spain to watch some Olympic qualifiers.  He said Edgecombe was the best player there in multiple games.

Now people are saying it isn't that Schlesinger.  I even checked Wikipedia before posting and it was on his page.  Guess that is wrong too.

Article in the Sports Business Journal says Diamond (Bally's) will look to drop 5 of their regional sports networks when they come out of bankruptcy.  Detroit is one of the 5 listed.

the in season tourney games were some of the best regular season games last year.  there's an incentive to score and keep scoring.  its nice to see them try things to make the regular season games actually mean something.

sure, if they wanted to do that they would reduce the schedule or reduce rhe number of teams that make the playoffs; however, the nba is a money making enterprise and we know they are not going to reduce the number of games because that will reduce their income.

this is a nice experiment.
