Jimmy is Trump without the moral courage to actually pull the trigger.

Jimmy did some of the hits himself. Trump doesn't want to get his hands dirty. He just has someone else do it. Trump is more of a Cappo. Putin is definitely the Don.

I'm not a legal expert, but is it common for judges to require counsel to write essays with a minimum word count like it's junior high?

So what is everyone's guy telling them regarding the verdict in this case? Guilty, not guilty, or hung jury? I personally believe it will be a hung jury and that Trump will skate as he typically does and he'll declare victory on it. The average American, not paying much attention to this trial, will see this as a victory for him too because the truth of a hung jury not equaling innocent will get lost in all of Trump's bravado claiming exoneration.

Not guilty / hung jury.

The jury foreman and one other juror are Trumpers.

They will either hang the jury 10-2 or convince the others to vote not guilty.

I am not expecting a guilty verdict.  I admittedly didn't follow the trial beyond what was posted here.  But he gets away with everything and these lawyers and experts on TV still think we are living in a former life where things played out normally and this man will be held accountable.  This isn't 1996.  Crackpots have learned they can disrupt the system by being steadfeast and they'll do it on juries and on committees and anywhere else in a civil function.

My limited experience on juries (just one) tells me they are impossible to prejudge
