How can you not believe a guy in a country beard wearing a snapback truckers cap backwards?

Since he is so dumb and country as you say. Please explain how this was part of the legal judicial process and please show your work. You are clearly claiming you know more than he does, prove it.

“Understand there's absolutely no reason that Judge Merchan should have even had a chance to be assigned to this case? Now, I'm sure the left is just gonna call this a conspiracy theory.

So I'll issue a challenge to them, and maybe they can tell me how he managed to be the judge. Because for these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel.

That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. So even though they're trying to claim that they didn't pick the judge, that it was randomly assigned, that's not possible because judge Merchan isn't in the pool to be randomly assigned. So the only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected.

And the wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case.

One minor detail. He was convicted by a jury not a judge. That's the way the system works. His attorneys  had a hand in picking the jury. Maybe they should have done better.

The judge selection is supposed to be random by law. But miraculously    managed to land all three Trump related cases. He got to decide what can or can’t be submitted by the defense. The same one who denied a legal request (checks notes) just today for an appeal? Nope, he wants to grandstand before the Trumps inauguration.

We know he faces no jail time but like you said about J6 history will look back at this process. Especially in law schools.

5–4, with Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh in dissent. Just incredible that there were 4 conservative votes for what would have been a blatantly improper action.

Since no one has debunked this. We can all agree the judicial systems was weaponized in this scenario.

I think they should go after Trump more.  The whole country is way too soft on him.

I will agree with him that he was treated unfairly. Most people convicted of 34 counts of what he was served jail time. He gets a slap on the wrist because he ran for President and the American People were dumb enough to believe his bull****.

If Trump wasn't born into wealth, he would have spent his life going in and out of prisons and mental health treatment.  He has lived the most charmed life of anybody ever.

Sentencing Trump is the Michigan-beating-OSU-on-OSU's-path-to-a-Natty of politics in the 2020s.

Satisfying, necessary but ultimately of less importance after 1/21.

I gather the Jack Smith report won't be delayed by courthouse software issues but there was fear that it would be.
